Shipping policy

Processing

Orders are prepared from our United States facility. Orders confirmed before 2pm CT on a business day typically ship the same day; orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Packaging

All shipments use plain, discreet outer packaging with no reference to contents. Lyophilized materials are vacuum-sealed; sterile solutions ship in protective inserts.

Delivery

We ship within the United States only. Standard domestic transit is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed as soon as a label is generated.

Receiving your order

• Inspect the outer carton before signing for delivery.
• Photograph any visible damage before opening.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 5 days of delivery.
• Transfer materials to appropriate storage promptly on arrival.

Undeliverable and refused shipments

Packages returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts may be subject to a reshipment fee. Please verify your address at checkout.
